Ingredients

  1. 2 BowlRagi Flour
  2. 1/2 BowlGram Flour
  3. 2 BowlGrated Cabbage
  4. 1 BowlSliced Tomato
  5. 1 BowlSliced Onion
  6. 1 BowlSliced Capsicum
  7. 1 BowlCubed Paneer
  8. 3-4 TbspMayonnaise
  9. 2-3 TbspTomato Ketchup
  10. 1/4 TbspSalt
  11. 1/2 TbspBlack Pepper Powder
  12. 4-5 TbspGreen Chutney
  13. Ghee As Required

Cooking Instructions

    Take a pan add 1 tbsp ghee. Add cabbage. Stir it for few seconds on medium flame. Then add onion. Stir it for few seconds on medium flame. Add capsicum. Stir it for few seconds on medium flame. Then add tomato. Mix it well. Add salt and black pepper powder. Mix it well. Then add mayonnaise and tomato ketchup. Mix everything well. Add paneer cubes and mix everything well. Stuffing is ready now. Keep aside.

    Take a large plate. Add ragi flour and gram flour. Mix it well. Add required water and knead a soft dough. Dough is ready.

    Make small balls with the help of rolling pin starting rolling. Dust it with little flour and press it. Roll it to make paratha. Apply little flour again and roll it. Heat tawa and place roti on tawa. Paratha is ready.

    Take it out in a plate. Apply one side chutney on paratha. Spread stuffing on it. Then roll it. Ragi Wrap is ready.

    Ragi Wrap is ready to serve. Serve hot and enjoy..... 😋😋
