Homemade freshly baked Multigrain Bread with four different healthy flours like Barley, Pearl Millet, Sattu and Amaranth.
The best part is that it is without any All purpose flour. It only has the above mentioned 4 different healthy and nutritious flours.
This wholesome Bread is a stunner with perfect texture and flavour. The shade dried fresh Herbs at home were used in this Bread. This not only enhanced their flavour but also made it so very aromatic and yummy. It was a huge success in it's first attempt by me. I wasn't sure about the outcome at first but as it got baked, from the rich aroma that was emanating, I was pretty much sure that it was a good try. The final look can be seen in the pics too. It can be evident from these close up clicks as well. Rest assured, give it a try if you loved the pics and the way it turned out finally. Let's get started.

Cooking Instructions
- 1
Add the yeast and sugar to warm milk and allow it to prove. Now add this yeast mix to the flour. Add in the salt along with the olive oil.
- 2
Make a smooth dough and allow it to rise keeping it covered in a warm place for an hour. After an hour, punch the dough once to release the excess air and grease a rectangular bread tin to fit this in.
- 3
Just stuff the baking tin with the dough and adjust it with the hands to give it a neat shape. Give it an oil wash or an egg wash and keep it covered in a warm place again for the second proofing for 30 minutes.
- 4
Preheat the oven to 160° for 10 minutes prior to the second proofing time which is about to finish. Bake it for 35 to 40 minutes on the middle rack. Or as required. It gets done in about 40-45 minutes in all.
- 5
After 20 minutes of baking, cover the top with an aluminium foil to prevent it from getting darker. After done, allow it to cool down completely before slicing it up.
- 6
Relish it with any soup of your choice. An excellent option for the kids breakfast, lunch box or even brunch. Enjoy!

Oil-Free Miso Bread with Cake Flour Oil-Free Miso Bread with Cake Flour
A user taught me that you can make the best bread using cake flour by not including too many ingredients. Since the gluten content is also low if you add too much to the dough it just weighs it down. So when I thought about cutting down on the extra ingredients I figured I could use whatever I had at home. Checking the fridge I discovered miso, and figured that fermented foods are good for you. That's how this bread came to be.The moisture of the miso varies, so add it carefully while keeping that in mind. This is my personal preference, but since I like the bottom of the bread to have a nice baked color and be crispy, I bake them with that intent. I also like the aroma of the miso. Rice Flour Bread in a Pound Cake Mold Rice Flour Bread in a Pound Cake Mold
I made this bread for my daughter who has flour and egg allergies. It's best to use rice flour with a thickening agent and trehalose in it. If using other flours, it might not be as fine and won't be able to absorb the moisture well enough, so they might not be good to use. Recipe by Chihimari cookpad.japan -

Rye Multigrain Flaxseed European Bread Rye Multigrain Flaxseed European Bread
This European-style rye bread is made with simple ingredients: flour, yeast, salt, and rye malt. Adding sugar is optional, as the rye malt provides a natural sweetness and helps with fermentation, giving the bread a beautiful color. Flaxseeds are added for texture. I prefer the chewy texture of European bread over the softer texture of Taiwanese or Japanese bread. This bread is perfect as a side for meals and has a wonderful aroma. How To Make Easy Rye Bread How To Make Easy Rye Bread
This is a quick and easy rye bread without any starter or sourdough starter; it only requires a few hours of mixing, rising, shaping and baking. I could say that this is a cheat way of making rye bread. This is also nowhere near the superior flavors from a loaf of traditional rye bread. With that being said, this holiday season sorta gives me an excuse to take shortcuts.I know, you can always buy a loaf of rye bread from your favorite bakery, but making bread at home is so much fun. You can also wow your guests with a homemade rye loaf (they don't have to know about the shortcuts). Although this recipe does not use any starter, it does have some flavor profiles. Perhaps the caraway seeds give the loaf an oomph?Stay tuned as I will be using this bread as a toast for a nordic dish. In the meantime, I will just toast my slice of rye bread, top it with a concoction of kewpie mayo and pickled vegetables and a sprinkle of black sesame seeds, nori flakes and masago (aka roe).
