Dry roast peanuts. After cooling Peel them.

Add in mixi jar. First dry crystal like structure will form.

Add honey and salt. Switch on the mixi for 2 to 3 times till get soft paste like structure.

Transfered to another mixi jar for fine padte. Peanut butter is ready.
