Nachos chips with hummus is very tasty and popular dish in Mexico,all people loves this dish ,I made chick peas hummus with corn nachos,this is snack food or starter. We always love this nachos,you can make different dip with this nachos.

Nachos chips with hummus is very tasty and popular dish in Mexico,all people loves this dish ,I made chick peas hummus with corn nachos,this is snack food or starter. We always love this nachos,you can make different dip with this nachos.
Cooking Instructions

First wash chicks peas and cook it for 10 minutes.until peas are tender.

Then add in mixer jar add salt and oil and mixer it,until smooth, open the mixer jar add lemon juice and oil,mixer it again until smooth,then take out of hummus in another bowl add black pepper powder,and sprinkle red chilli powder.ready your hummus.

In a medium-sized bowl, combine corn flour, all-purpose flour, salt, baking powder, and black pepper powder.
Gradually add water and mix until a tight dough forms.
Knead the dough for a few minutes to ensure it’s smooth and - 4
. Take small portions of the dough and roll them into thin rotis.
Cut the rotis into triangle shapes to form the nacho chips.
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
Fry the nachos in batches until they turn golden and crispy.Once they are crispy, remove them from the oil and let them drain on a paper towel. Your homemade nachos are ready!

Arrange the crispy nachos on a serving plate.
Serve the hummus in a bowl alongside the nachos.
Garnish the hummus with a sprinkle of red chili powder for an extra kick.Your corn nachos with hummus dip are now ready to be enjoyed!
