Ingredients

5 minutes, prep. time 10 minutes
1 serving
  1. 2leftover rotis
  2. 1 tspchopped green bell pepper
  3. 1 tspchopped red bell pepper
  4. 1 tspchopped yellow bell pepper
  5. 1 tspchopped carrot
  6. 1 tbspchopped onion
  7. 2 tbspchopped green spring onion
  8. 2 tbspshredded cabbage
  9. 2 tspoil
  10. 1chopped green chilli
  11. 1 tspred chilli sauce
  12. 1 tspschezwan sauce
  13. 1 tsptomato ketchup
  14. 1 tspsoya sauce
  15. 1/2 tspblack pepper powder
  16. 1/2 tspwhite sesame seeds
  17. Salt to taste

Cooking Instructions

5 minutes, prep. time 10 minutes
  1. 1

    Take leftover rotis, make it roll. And cut into thin strips like noodles. Keep ready all veggies.

    Take a pan, add oil, and chopped green chilli. Saute it. Gas flame on medium high.

  3. 3

    Add onion, saute it for a couple of minutes. Make sure it should not be burnt. Add all 3 bell peppers and carrot. Saute it. Stir well.

  4. 4

    Add cabbage and green onions leaves. Saute for a while. Now add schezwan sauce, red chilli sauce, soya sauce, tomato ketchup, black pepper powder, and salt. Mix well.

    Add roti noodles in veggies. Mix well. Turn off gas flame. Serve hot. Sprinkle sesame seeds to garnish very yummy and healthy roti noodles. Enjoy.
