Cooking Instructions

Here i have used ready batter of idli. Add salt in it. Divide into 3 parts.

In one portion add green food colour diluted in water. Mix well.

In another portion add orange food colour diluted in water. Mix well.

Preheat the steamer. Grease the idli plate. Now pour the colourful batter and plain white batter into idli plate.

Cover it with lid and steam the idlies for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes check it out with toothpick or knife. If it's done than remove it and serve hot with sambhar and chutney.
