Cooking Instructions

Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

For Strawberry Buttercream Frosting:
• In a large bowl, beat softened butter with an electric beater on medium speed for about 5 minutes until fluffy. - 15
Gradually add powdered sugar in portions, beating on low speed.

Add vanilla extract and fresh strawberry purée, beating until combined.

Pour in whipping cream and beat on high speed for 3 minutes, then on low speed for 2 minutes until smooth and fluffy.
• Your Strawberry Buttercream Frosting is ready! Use it to top muffins, cakes, or even hot cocoa.
• Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. - 22
