Ingredients

  1. 1 small bunchCleaned and finely chopped radish pod(mogari)
  2. Half a piece of guava Cleaned and finely chopped
  3. 2 or 3 -cleaned and finely chopped green chillies
  4. a few cleaned and chopped cilantro (kothambir)
  5. 1/2 tablespoons sugar
  6. 1/2 tablespoons Black salt Powder
  7. Half a piece of Lemon
  8. 1/2 tablespoons roasted cumin seeds powder
  9. To taste salt

Cooking Instructions

    A. Wash and finely chop the (mogari)radish pod, green chilies, guava,and cilantro.
    A. Gather all the ingredients for the salad.

    In a glass bowl, add the following ingredients in this order: radish pod,guava, green chilies, chopped cilantro, salt, black salt powder, sugar, and lemon juice. Mix everything well.
    Salad is ready!

    Serve the prepared radish pod and guava salad in a dish. This salad can be served as a side dish with meals.
