Mixed Millet Dosa

Combine and wash millets and soak for 8 hrs. Soak urud Dal and fenugreek aroud 2hrs. Poha,around 15mts.

In a mixer jar,add urud Dal and fenugreek,grind nicely. Then transferred to a bowl. Then add soaked millets with poha to the jar and grind until small rava consistency.

Transfer and mix it with urud Dal batter. Add salt and mix with hand for fermentation. Within 6hrs batter will ferment.

After fermentation, add water and salt as per our need and make soft or crispy Dosa asusual. It's delicious.

That's all. Our healthy breakfast is ready.
