Ingredients

  1. 1 cupsabudana
  2. 3potato boil
  3. Salt to taste
  4. 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
  5. 1/2 tsp red chili flakes
  6. 1 green chili
  7. 8 black pepper /
  8. 1" ginger
  9. 1/2 tsp sugar
  10. 2 tbs roasted peanut
  11. Some coriander leaves chopped
  12. For chattny
  13. 1 cup coriander leaves
  14. 2 green chili
  15. 3 tbs peanut
  16. 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
  17. 1/2 tsp chili flakes
  18. 1/2 tsp salt
  19. Oil for cutlets fry

Cooking Instructions

    Take a pan add sabudana stir cook 2-3 minutes and after cool grind fine powder keep aside

    3 potato boil and grated keep aside

  3. 3

    Take a pan add peanut dry roast keep aside/ take a mixer jar add peanut green chili salt cumin seeds pepper corn chili flakes sugar grind well and add coriander leaves grind

    Now take a bowl and bowl add all ingredients mix well and make fine cutlets and fry heated oil

    Take a mixer jar add peanut green chili salt pepper chili flakes coriander leaves grind fine chattny

  6. 6

    Now arrange serving plate chattny and cutlets

    Ready to serve
