Cooking Instructions
- 1
Peel & cut 1/2 the dragon fruit roughly. From the other 1/2 cut out a big round piece for decoration.
- 2
Take the roughly chopped dragon fruit in a tall glass & muddle it. Add 1-2 lemon slices & middle it along with mint leaves.
- 3
Top up the mixture with Sprite. Garnish with mint leaves & a dragon fruit roundle. Serve immediately.
- 4
Pour the mixture in a glass. The mixture should not be more than 1/4 of the glass. Top up the glass with Sprite, lemon slices & dragon fruit balls. (A few mint leaves if you have).
- 5
Decorate the glass with a chunk of sliced dragon fruit. Serve chilled.
- 6
Note : You can use red dragon fruit also or a combination of both. But I had white dragon fruit, so I have used white.
