Ingredients

  1. 1Cucumber , Chopped
  2. 1Capsicum , Chopped
  3. 1Carrot , Chopped
  4. 1Tomato , Chopped
  5. 2 CupsLettuce , Chopped
  6. 1 CupCroutons
  7. 1/ LemonLime
  8. 1/2 TeaspoonHoney
  9. 1/2 TeaspoonMustard
  10. 1 TablespoonOlive Oil
  11. To TasteSalt
  12. To TastePepper
  13. 1Green Chilli , Chopped

Cooking Instructions

    In a salad bowl, mix all the chopped vegetables

    Combine all of the salad dressing ingredients in a jar with a tight fitting lid and shake vigorously until the mixture is thickened and well-combined. Alternatively, combine the ingredients in a small bowl and whisk until combined. Taste the dressing and adjust seasonings.

    Pour the salad dressing over the vegetables and toss well.

    Add the croutons on top and serve.

    Note : This dressing will keep in the refrigerator for several days.
