Three layer pudding

this is a special pudding for any special occasions....
Cooking Instructions

Place 1.5 inch thick cake in a bowl.add honey for softened the cake

Using a blender wipe 3 egg white and 1/4 cup icing sugar.atleast 4-5 min.

Then wipe 250gms wiping cream along with the above mix about 4-5 min

Using double boiling method boil the chocolates(150gm white and 150gm dark), 3egg yolk,100 gm ofbutter

Add the melted mixture to above mix after cooling down and again wipe for 5-6 min

Pour the mixture above the cake layer and keep in fridge 3 hrs

After setting this crack the 5 butter biscuit and spread over it.

For the 3rd layer mix milk maid 1 cup,milk boiled and cooled 1 cup, coconut milk 1 cup.add double boiled gelatine to this mix for setting.then

Pour this mix above the 2nd layer

Again set for 1 hrs in fridge

Decorate using strawberry syrup
