Pasta with Lemon Salmon

Pasta is an obvious Six2go meal. When DIETing be sure to have some around. A decent portion of salmon is never going make a meal really lite but this still only comes in at 400 calories and carry the bonus of an Omega 3 fix. There's only½ of over5aday so throw some green leaves in a bowl to make a side salad if you have them to hand.
Counts as an Over5days meal on the Pro52diet.

Cooking Instructions
- 1
Put the pasta in a saucepan of boiling water to cook for 12 minutes (or as directed for the chosen pasta). Add the peas to the boiling water after 7 minutes, ensure the water returns to the boil.
- 2
Meanwhile mix the lemon juice, crème fraîche and basil in a pan and set aside.
- 3
With about 5 minutes cooking time for the pasta, microwave the salmon for 2 minutes or 3 minutes if frozen. Check that it cooked through or cook further (remember if more than one serving cooking time will increase significantly).
- 4
Flake the salmon into big chunks into the crème fraîche and heat the pan until just boiling. Take of the heat.
- 5
Test the pasta to ensure it is cooked to taste then strain the pea pasta mix and add to the saucepan containing the other ingredients and gently stir to mix and cover the pasta with the lemony crème fraîche.
- 6
Serve in a warmed bowl.

Salmon – Bacon – Pasta Salmon – Bacon – Pasta
Hi everyone, the sun is finally out, and we are able to sit in the garden. Since it is that time of year again to start planting new flowers, I had the chance this morning to look at the garden and see what it is I want to plant. I do love gardening, plus I love growing my own vegetables, so, I have decided to invest in a small elevated off-ground garden, to plant the seeds for my vegetables. 🙂Due to a heavy snow storm we had in the Netherlands about 3 years ago, the previous one I had broke into pieces, and I never purchased another one since. That is why I am very excited about this, and can’t wait to get started.Walking back into the kitchen from the garden, I knew I wanted to make a dish with pasta. I have made this dish many times before, very simple, it is basically a throw it all together bake and eat dish. 🙂 Foodzesty -

Ultimate Pasta Fagioli Ultimate Pasta Fagioli
This recipe is for an extra large batch. Be sure to use a large enough pot to hold the large volume. You can cut it in half or freeze the extra for a fast meal. Do not put the pasta in the soup until you are ready to serve the soup. Put the pasta in the bowl and ladle the soup over it. Using the lower salt ingredients makes this soup much healthier than the original. Alan Bacho -
Shrimp and Salmon Tomato Sauce Pasta Shrimp and Salmon Tomato Sauce Pasta
I wanted to use fresh tomatoes while they were in season.I used some orecchiette that I received from a friend to make some seafood pasta and tomato sauce with brandy. You can quickly make this by adding tomato sauce to pasta. If you add the basil after turning off the heat, it won't blacken.Definitely add brandy if you have it. It will give the pasta a nice fragrance. This uses olives, so go easy on the salt. Recipe by Brandy cookpad.japan -

Pasta con le sarde espressa Pasta con le sarde espressa
Pasta con le sarde (sardines) is a trademark recipe from Palermo. It's simple Sicilian ingredients infused with Arab influences, and it's just so delicious. This version is adapted to everyday life in the UK - sometimes I don't have saffron, stale bread for breadcrumbs or nice fennel like these ones from #seasonsupply. Well, you should only use wild fennel in the original anyway... Gianandrea Minneci -
