To start, take a big Tawa if you do not have it, you can always take a big nonstick pan, heat and add the butter to it.

When it starts melting, start adding whole garam masalas one by one.

  7. 7

Now add the onions and fry till golden brown, add some salt to make the process faster.

  8. 8

Once its done, add the capsicum (if you have), then carrots, potatoes and green peas and add some more salt and cook for five minutes.

  9. 9

Now add turmeric powder, pepper powder, chilli powder, pepper powder, garam masala powder, pav bahji masala and finally add the tomato puree. Cook for 2 minutes.
