Ingredients

  1. 2medium sized boiled Potatoes
  2. 1 cupsoaked Sabudana (overnight)
  3. 1/4 cuproasted Peanut powder (Coarsely)
  4. 2 tbspgrated beetroot (optional)
  5. 1 tspblack pepper
  6. 1/2 tspgaram masala
  7. 1 tbspCurd
  8. to tasteRock Salt
  9. As neededOil
  10. as neededKasuri Methi leaves (optional)

Cooking Instructions

    Add boiled and mashed potatoes together with sago. Mix with roasted peanut powder, curd, red chilli flakes, black pepoer,garammasala,rock salt, beetroot, kasuri methi leaves.

    Mix all and make it like a dough. Put small portion of this dough onto the icecream stick or skewers.

    Heat oil on a flat tava, keep the flame medium.Put the seekh kababs on tawa, Apply oil lightly on the seekhs. Flip them regularly till it is crisp and cooked.

    Serve hot with green chutney.
