Ingredients

  1. Salad:
  2. 5 large handfulsof spring mix
  3. handfulred cabbage sliced
  4. 1carrot shredded
  5. 1cucumber sliced Persian
  6. handfulcherry tomatoes
  7. ¼pepitas
  8. ½avocado sliced
  9. 1 tbspseeds hemp
  10. Dressing:
  11. ¼ cupolive oil
  12. ½lemon juice of
  13. 2 tbspsapple cider vinegar
  14. 1 tbspDijon mustard
  15. 2 tspshoney
  16. 1 tspsea salt

Cooking Instructions

    Mix the lettuce, cabbage, carrot, cucumber and tomatoes in a large bowl

    For the dressing

    Mix all ingredients in a jar with a lid

  4. 4

    Shake until fully blended

  5. 5

    Pour dressing over salad

  6. 6

    Toss

  7. 7

    Top with pepitas, avocado and hemp seeds

  8. 8

    Serve and ejoy!
