Ab ek plate me nikale aur halke hatho se smooth gole banaye. Jo size chahiye usse half kyunki double ho jayenge. Ek pressure cooker me 2 cup cheeni me 4 cup paani dalkar boil karle. Elaichi powder daale aur kewra water agar ho to 1 tspn daal le. Ab jab ye boil ho jaye to cooker me dheere se saare rasgulle khiska de. Cover lagaye. Medium flame pe ek whistle le aaye. Aur fir aise hi chord de jab tak steam nikal jaye. Steam release hone pe ek bartan nikal ke fridge me rakh de thanda hone ke liye.
