Ingredients

  • 1 bunchdhaniya patti (coriander leaves)
  • 1big onion
  • 2big boiled aloo
  • 1/2 kgfresh matar
  • 10Green chilli
  • 10garlic piece
  • 1/2 inch ginger
  • 1 tbspaamchur powder
  • 2tomatoes
  • 1 tspkali mirch powder (optional)
  • 1 tsphaldi powder
  • 1 tspdhaniya powder (coriander powder)
  • to tasteSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Grind all the ingredients in mixi apart from aloo and matar. In a kadahi add 1tbsp ghee. Add hing into it. Now add matar and cover the kardahi for 2-3 minutes. Now add all dhaniya mix masala to kardahi and saute well, so that onion gets roasted When masala get little dry add 1 glass water and chopped aloo into it. Add salt and now cook with cover lid for 5 to 10 minutes for your required consistency of gravy.

    For puri. Wheat flour ko pani se dough bana kar choti choti poori benaye. Aur deep fry karein.
