Cooking Instructions

After ur ingredients are ready put in some butter and when hot put in the chopped onion and garlic.

Later put in the mushrooms and lightly fry with the garlic and onion

Put in the stock quarter the amount,bring it to a boil then simmer for about 30min
- 4
Later blend the mixture and pass it through a fine sieve....back to the fire....

Add the rest of the stock and bring it to a boil then simmer for 20min
- 6
Season it slowly as u check for the consistency...

Once its seasoned well add some cream for flavor 5 min cook it
- 8
Serve when hot vanish with Presley
