I have been searching for years for this recipe and finally found it! A sub shop in my home town served this when I was a little girl :)
Cooking Instructions

Mix cream cheese until soft mix in crab and stir

Pour in hot sauce and garlic. Mix until completely blended

Put your bread on a baking sheet. Scoop crab mix onto the bread, add salt and pepper and layer cheese on too

Bake at 400 for about 5-8 minutes depending on how you like your bread
