Cooking Instructions
- 1
Mix corn syrup, peanut butter and sugar in large saucepan.
- 2
While stirring constantly, over medium heat, bring to a boil.
- 3
Immediately remove from heat when boiling, and stir in cornflakes, until completely covered.
- 4
Drop by spoonfuls onto wax paper or parchment paper quickly.
- 5
When fully cooled, store in a air tight container, placing a sheet of waxed paper between each layer.
- 6
Makes 4-5 dozen pieces, depending on size you spoon out. I make mine rather large. You can also spray hands with non sick spray or rub with butter and roll into balls.

Peanut Butter Cups Peanut Butter Cups
Peanut butter is Canada's equivalent to Japan's anko (red bean paste)! I made these for my Canadian partner. Referencing a few recipes in English on the internet, I came up with my own original. Did you know that ET ate Reese's Pieces in the movie?Since it's like eating peanut butter straight, Japanese people might experience a culture shock. It's not for everyone. For those who haven't tried the Reese's version, I recommend starting out by making only a small amount, then make it again if it goes over well. It's a high-calorie sweet, so be careful not to eat too many. Recipe by VitaminY cookpad.japan -

I submitted brownies, but Barbie Meyers shared this recipe and it instantly became a family favorite.
