Cooking Instructions
- 1
Inject all parts of whole Chicken (legs, wings, breast, and thighs) with apple juice
- 2
Mix dry seasonings to make an even rub (brown sugar, salt, pepper, chili powder, parsley, garlic powder)
- 3
Massage whole Chicken with olive oil, then evenly season with dry rub. Be sure to season inside of the chicken. I like to spank my chicken. (show sum love)
- 4
Stuff onions and peppers inside chicken cavity
- 5
Stuff half full 12oz beer can in chicken cavity and stand upright on a hot grill (approx. 375°)
- 6
I like to let these birds work for about an hour, then I bust em open, down the chest and pour remaining beer all over em
- 7
Separate parts of chicken, let cool for a few minutes, and serve
- 8
Can also be baked in oven at 375° for 50mins. Check for tenderness. Oven temperature accuracy may vary, so make sure it's done.

Boozy Cherry Limeade Boozy Cherry Limeade
I had a cocktail last week, in a restaurant, that had the same name as my drink. I was sort of embarrassed by how quick I plowed through 2 of them in a short period of time but oh well, I’m over it 😆😂I recreated theirs. I made mine almost sugar free but wasn’t about to skip my grenadine♥️😂 it’s all the things I love in a potent, easy, light fizzy cocktail that doesn’t gag you from the sweetness. In my opinion, too much sugar in beverages is absolutely nauseating. I didn’t even garnish it because I couldn’t find my maraschino cherries lol next time I’ll probably add fresh mint. Hibiscus Punch Hibiscus Punch
Somehow found myself buying dried hibiscus with no actual plan until I caught a cold and craved homemade medicinal juice. Medicinal for it’s benefits to the body including lowering blood pressure and prompting weight loss. But like all medicines, hibiscus juice should be taken in moderation - I only take two small cups a day as I’ve previously suffered prolonged periods of low blood pressure and most certainly not keen to go back there.#GoldenApron23 Bianca Mwale -
White Hibiscus Cocktail White Hibiscus Cocktail
Non-alcoholic cocktail made from white hibiscus flowers. White bissap or karkadé is slightly more acidic than the red variety, so to reduce its acidity, I add a bit of fruit juice to the glass just before serving. 🍹🍸 AmidaTranslated from Cookpad France -

Long Island Iced Tea Long Island Iced Tea
I've been looking for some time for a good LIIT recipe, and this is the best I can do. From trial and error, I learned not to trust any recipe that calls for sour mix in place of fresh lemon juice. If you have a better recipe, please comment. I'm still on the search for a better recipe! Ann Jeffers
