Ingredients

  1. 1 cupidli mix (socked rice and daal mixer)
  2. 1/2 spoonbaking soda
  3. 1/2 cuprawa
  4. To tasteSalt
  5. 5 Tbsp butter
  6. 1/2 cupcorn
  7. 1/2 spoonimli pulp
  8. 1 small pcs gurr
  9. To tasteChilli flakes
  10. To tasteBlack salt
  11. To tasteBlack pepper
  12. 1/2 cuphung curd in piping bag
  13. as needed mint leaves for garnish

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Bake the idli in muffins molds instead of idli molds.

    For the sauce.

  3. 3

    Take a pan. Add butter.

  4. 4

    Add imli pulp and little water.

  5. 5

    Now add gud. And all the rest spices one by one.

  6. 6

    Add corns.

  7. 7

    Cook for 5 minutes

  8. 8

    Garnish the idli muffins with hung curd.

  9. 9

    Pour some corn sauce over

  10. 10

    Garnish with some mint leaves.
