Ingredients

  1. 2 cuphung curd
  2. Masala for roasting
  3. 1 spoonjeera
  4. 4-5black pepper
  5. 1 spoon basil
  6. 1/2 spoonthyme
  7. 1/2 spoonlemon grass
  8. 1/2 spoonchilli flakes
  9. To tasteSalt
  10. 1 spoonblack salt

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Dry roast all the masala and grind it in powder

  2. 2

    Whip the curd to cream it

  3. 3

    Mix salt black salt and masala

  4. 4

    Serve it with any snack or paratha
