Ingredients

  1. 400 gms. yoghurt (I used low fat)
  2. 1/2 cupgrated nolen gur (date palm jaggery)
  3. 1/4 tsp.cardamom powder
  4. As needed some extra grated jaggery to garnish

Cooking Instructions

    Pour the yoghurt in a muslin cloth and place it on a strainer. Keep it on a bowl in the refrigerator overnight. The thick hung yoghurt is used for this recipe.

    Add the grated jaggery and mix well.

  3. 3

    Pass through a strainer to remove all lumps.

  4. 4

    Now add the cardamom powder.

  5. 5

    Combine everything well. Garnish with some extra grated jaggery and serve chilled.
