Simple Pork Chops

These are natural pork chops, not smoked ones. I didn't know how to cook them, so I found a simple recipe online. As usual, I couldn't get all the ingredients, so here's what I used. Note: I use an electric oven, so it takes a bit longer to bake the meat, but if you use a gas oven, it might take less time. Remember to keep an eye on the cooking time.

Don't know where this recipe originated but my mother made this all the time when I was little. My kids swarmed to the table when we made this. You can use pork chops or pork steaks , depending on your personal preference. I prefer the steaks as they are not as "dry" as chops are. I will add photos the next time I make it.
