Ingredients

  1. 3-4bread slice
  2. 1 cupbesan
  3. 1chopped finely tomato (without seed)
  4. 1capsicum finely chopped
  5. 1-2chopped green chilli
  6. 1 tbspchopped Coriander
  7. 1/2 tspchilli powder
  8. to tastesalt
  9. 1/4 tspchaat masala
  10. 2-3 tbspbutter ya oil

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Besan me salt, chilli powder, chaat masala mix karein.

  2. 2

    Chopped capsicum, Coriander, tomato, green chilli mix karein.

  3. 3

    Water mix karein smooth batter bana le jaada patla na karein.

  4. 4

    Ek bread ka pees ko batter me dip karein.

  5. 5

    Tawe me butter ya oil daal kar bread pees ko rakhe aur side me bhi thoda oil ya butter daale.

  6. 6

    Slow gas me dono side sekh le.

  7. 7

    Jitna crispy chaiye sekh le aur serve karein chutney ya saus ke saath.
