I love peanut butter and bananas. So I experimented and came up with this. I added in a 1/2 cup of blueberries too for the heck of it. Thats optional. It turned out really well! I also used smooth PB, but crunchy would work just as well. Enjoy!

Ingredients

3 tbspPeanut Butter (Heaping spoonfuls)
2 eachBananas
2 eachEggs
1 tspVanilla Extract
1/4 cupOil
2 cupFlour
3/4 cupSugar
1 tspBaking Soda
1/2 tspSalt

Cooking Instructions

Preheat oven to 200.

Mix together bananas and wet ingredients.

Add dry ingredients and mix.

Pour/scoop batter into greased 8X8 in. pan.

Bake for appx. 90 minutes. Use knife test to ensure center is baked through.

Let cool, and for the love of God... Pace yourself when scarfing it down. :) Don't want to choke, and sharing is nice. :D
