I found thia easy recipe through google. I add some to suit my taste. If you used the chesdale be careful with the salt portion since it's already salty to begin with. Don't overdo it.

Ingredients

  1. 300 gchicken Breast (Boneless)
  2. 2 tbspUnsalted Butter
  3. 1Red Chilli Pepper - Mince
  4. 3Bird's Eye Chilli - Mince
  5. 10Curry Leaves
  6. 2 PiecesChesdale Cheese
  7. 200 mlEvaporated Milk
  8. 1 tspBlack Pepper Powder
  9. Sugar & Salt for taste
  10. 2 tbspCurry Powder
  11. 1 tbspAll Purpose Flour
  12. 1 tbspParmesan Cheese
  13. 1Egg

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    For chicken marinade, mixed together Sugar, Salt, Curry Powder, All Purpose Flour, Parmesan Cheese and egg into bowl.

    Pour marinade over chicken. Cover it and put in the refrigerator for about 1 hour.

  3. 3

    Fry chicken until it turn golden. Drain the excess oil.

  4. 4

    Heat up the pan with butter. Add red chilli pepper, birds eye chili and curry leaves. Stir until it smell good.

    Add evaporated milk stir until it boil. Add cheese and stir until it melt.

  6. 6

    Add black pepper powder and sugar for taste.

  7. 7

    Add the fried chicken. Stir till it blend together. Ready to serve.
