Ingredients

  1. 1 cupboiled corn
  2. 1small onion (finely chopped)
  3. 1tomato (finely chopped)
  4. as neededSev namkeen or bikaneri bhujia namkeen
  5. to tasteLemon juice (half a lemon)
  6. 1/2 tspCumin powder
  7. 1/2 tspCoriander powder
  8. 1/2 tspBlack pepper
  9. 1/2 tspChat masala
  10. 3/4 tspBlack salt
  11. leavesFresh coriander

Cooking Instructions

    Take 1 cup boiled corn in a bowl.

    Add in the onions and tomatoes.

  3. 3

    Add lemon juice.

  4. 4

    Add all the spices and give it all a mix.

  5. 5

    Add the namkeen and fresh coriander leaves for garnishing. Your healthy, quick and yummy corn chat is ready to devour.
