Ingredients

  1. 3/4 bowloats
  2. 1/4 bowleach (cashews, pistachios,almonds)
  3. 1/4 bowleach (flax seeds, sesame seeds)
  4. 1 tbspghee
  5. 1 1/4 bowlorganic sugar

Cooking Instructions

    Dry roast oats, nuts and seeds one by one.

    Heat ghee in a nonstick pan.

  3. 3

    Add sugar, let it melt.

  4. 4

    Once the sugar melts completely, turn off the flame.

  5. 5

    Add roasted oats, nuts and seeds. Mix well and pour this mixture on greased surface. Spread some more nuts on it. Spread with rolling pin.

    Let it cool for couple of minutes. Cut with knife.

  7. 7

    Serve and enjoy!
