  1. 500 gramboneless chicken pieces
  2. 2onion chopped
  3. 7-8 clovesgarlic
  4. 1" ginger piece
  5. 1 handfulwhole cashew-raisins paste
  6. 1 tbsppoppy seeds paste
  7. 1tomato chopped
  8. 1 tbspred chilli Powder
  9. 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  10. 1 tspshahi jeera
  11. 1 handfulwhole garam masalas
  12. 1red chilli whole
  13. 1/2 tspgaram masala powder
  14. To tastesalt and sugar
  15. As neededoil
  16. As neededmilk

Cooking Instructions

    Marinate the chicken pieces with ginger garlic paste oil,salt,garam masala powder and red chilli Powder

    Heat

    Boil the onion, ginger, garlic,tomato and strain

  4. 4

    Make a smooth paste of it

  5. 5

    Now heat oil add shahi jeera, red chilli and bay leaf

  6. 6

    Now add the paste and saute well adding salt and turmeric powder

  7. 7

    Add red chilli Powder and mix

  8. 8

    As oil starts releasing add marinated chicken pieces and saute well

  9. 9

    Cover it till it become soft and stir occasionally to avoid sticking at the bottom

    Now add the cashew-raisins and poppy seeds paste and saute well

  11. 11

    Add sugar and garam masala powder and mix well

  12. 12

    Now it is ready to be served
