Make chocolate modak for this year Ganesh chaturthi and enjoy with your family.
Cooking Instructions

Lightly roast the kya for 5 minutes and put aside.

Now the next part,take water in a pan add chocolate syrup and bring to boil.so that mix well.

After 10 minutes add chopped almond- nuts.after that add,dates and ots and cook well.

After 5 minutes add cocoapowder.so we have to make this in to a thick mass,and then mix it well. Turn off the gas.keep it aside till it gets cool to touch.

Grease your finger and modak moulds using oil or ghee.start shaping the modak using mold.your chocolate ots modak are ready.
