Ingredients

  1. 2 cupsroasted Rawa/ Semolina
  2. 3 tspoil
  3. 1/2 tspmustard seed
  4. 1 tspcumin seed
  5. 2chillies
  6. 3-4curry leaves
  7. 1/2 cupPea
  8. 1tomato
  9. 1/4 cuppeanut
  10. 1 pinchasafoetida
  11. to tasteSalt

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Heat oil and give tadka with curry leaves and seeds.

  2. 2

    Now add tomato and pea’s/mutter heat for 3-4 min

  3. 3

    Add remaining spices along with salt and 4 cups of water. Cook till Boiled

  4. 4

    Now add rawa, mix well and cover it for 2-3 min.

  5. 5

    Serve with sev and curd
