  1. 1/2 cupAll purpose flour
  2. 1 tbspCustard powder
  3. 1/2 cupSugar powder
  4. 1/2 tspBaking powder
  5. 1 tspLemon zest
  6. 2 tbspFreshly squeeze lemon juice
  7. 1/2 cupThick curd
  8. 2 tbspButter
  9. 1 tspVanilla essence
  10. 2 tbspMilk
  11. Strawberry for garnishing

Cooking Instructions

    Preheat oven for 180.c

  2. 2

    Sieve all purpose flour,custard powder and baking powder.

    Grate the lemon zest.

  4. 4

    Take a bowl add thick curd,sugar powder,milk,butter,vanilla essence,lemon zest and lemon juice and mix well.

    Mix until light and fluffy.

  6. 6

    Add the dry ingredients into wet ingredients and mix well.

  7. 7

    Pour the mixture into the cake tin and bake for about twenty mins

  8. 8

    Insert the toothpick and check the cake

  9. 9

    Garnish with strawberry
