Ingredients

  1. 3 cupsfresh seedless dates
  2. 1/2 tspcardamom powder
  3. 1 tspghee
  4. 1/2 cuproasted poppy seeds ( khuskhus
  5. As requiredCashew nuts

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Chop seedless dates and place in half a cup of hot water for 2minutes. Make a puree.

    Heat ghee in a pan. Add dates puree. Stir well and cook on medium heat, stirring continuously, for 5-10 minutes or till excess moisture dries up.

    Add cardamom powder. using your fingers, press/roll mixture into bites. Coat every bite with roasted poppy seeds (khuskhus.)Decorate each bite with cashew nuts.
