Basundi is sweet thickened milk, relish mostly in Gujarat & Maharashtra.
This milk base delicious dessert is flavoured with winter fruit- Strawberries.🍓
Cooking Instructions

In thick bottom pan add milk,keep for boiling. After one boil add condensed milk, stirring continuously till milk thickens (1/2 quantity remains). Add & mix sugar, elachi powder. Cool completely at room temperature. Then keep refrigerated for 4-5 hours.

At the time of serving..wash strawberries and crush them with hand crusher or chopped them finely.

Add this crushed mixture to cooled basundi.

Mix well. Serve/ Relish Delicious Cool Strawberry Basundi as dessert.
