  1. 1 cupmoong dal
  2. 1/2 cupeach grated carrot,freshly grated coconut
  3. 3 tablespoonpomegranate
  4. 1Green chilli
  5. 1/2 spoonchopped coriander leaves
  6. 1 tspfor taste Lemon juice and salt
  7. 1/2 cupcucumber (Finely chopped)

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Soak moong dal for 4 hrs. Then add some freshly grated coconut, pomogranate and grated carrot,cucumber. Mix well. Add chopped green chilli and chopped coriander leaves. Mix it in a bowl. Add lemon juice and salt for taste

Nice ..but you needn't have to cook or parboiled soaked moong dal?
