  2. 3 tbspGinger garlic green chilli paste
  3. 500 /750 gmsRice
  4. as requiredWhole garam masala

    Wash mutton and fry in little oil then add ginger garlic green chilli paste,saute add curd mix well and tej patta.now take a thin cotton cloth add the whole garam masala (elachi black and green, dalcini, long,sauf,dhania, zeera,jaiphal,javetri,shahi zeera)make a potli,place it in mutton add water and let it cook till the mutton is done

    When the mutton is cooked remove the potli.add more water if required, adjust salt add rice soaked for 1/2 hour.let it cook with mutton.Cover and cook, Serve with raita.and fried onions.
