Ingredients

  1. 1carrot chopped
  2. 1cucumber chopped
  3. 1/2chopped tomato
  4. As neededfresh black pepper powder
  5. 1/2 teaspoonsalt
  6. 1 tablespooncheese crushed
  7. As neededbutter
  8. 2 tablespoonsgreen onion
  9. 1/4chopped capsicum
  10. 1small chopped onion
  11. 2chopped green chilli
  12. 2eggs
  13. 4 piecesbread
  14. as neededFew chopped beans

Cooking Instructions

    First cut all veggies wash with the water and in the mixing bowl

  2. 2

    Add all veggies one by one to the bowl add the eggs then salt, green chilli and black pepper powder mix well and keep rest,

    Heat the pan and dry roast the breads

  4. 4

    Now add butter to the pan put mixture of veggies & eggs except cucumber and tomato.

    Fry both sides until veggies are cooked then keep in the plate

  6. 6

    Now take a plate put bread in the plate then arrange first put butter to the bread and spread,

  7. 7

    Next add the fried egg veggie mix to the two bread then top up with cucumber, tomato cheese, salt, black pepper powder,

    Then put two bread toast to the pan and press it,

  9. 9

    Put butter in the pan adding with bread press by weight and fry
