Berries with tahini sauce Berries with tahini sauce
I love tahini in Greek yogurt with some blueberries. This is a version of that with some extra 💖 Perfect with a dollop of Greek/ natural/ coconut yogurt. The sauce is also dreamy with apricots, peaches and nectarines. This makes around 1/2 cup of sauce that will keep well in the fridge for a few days.#berrybonanza Alessandra -
Simple Chopped Pork and Onion Curry Flavored Stir-Fry Simple Chopped Pork and Onion Curry Flavored Stir-Fry
I made various types of curry-flavored meat stir-fries from recipe books, but I was rarely able to get it to turn out how I wanted.I figured I would think of a recipe myself, tried several times, and was finally able to come up with a taste that I could approve of~ .This is delicious .This burns easily if you over-sauté, so be careful after adding the flavoring ingredients. You can if course, use meat other than pork offcuts.Season with salt and pepper for the finishing touch while checking the taste. This calls for lots of onions, so reduce the amount if you dislike them . My daughter said that the pork sauté she had at school was delicious, so I gave it a try with chicken. In Step 3, the cream will separate if heated too long. It can still be eaten, but it will not look as presentable. You can use this sauce on pork or salmon, too. Recipe by Nyakun cookpad.japan -

I love radishes. Happy to eat them raw but they are also good roasted! They become a little sweeter. And are beautiful alongside some carrots and fennel on some rocket or baby leaves. The dukkah is a great addition - sesame seeds work brilliantly too. Alessandra
