I made it for the first time and it turns out delicious. This is my #favorite one and #ilovecooking this on festivals.
Cooking Instructions

Heat the ghee in a pan, then roast the suji on a low flame to became little brown.

In another pan take the water, sugar mix it and boil it for 5min let the sugar disolve in it.

After roasting the suji add the sugar solution mixture and stir it for 10min on a low flame.

Add salt.
- 5
Add the cardamom powder and mix it well.
- 6
And the mohanbhog or sheera or suji ka halwa is ready. You can add any dry fruits according to your choice.
