Ingredients

  1. 2big onion
  2. 2 spoonbesan flour
  3. 2 spoonchilli powder
  4. 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
  5. 2-3 spooncorn / rice flour
  6. To tastesalt
  7. 1/4 tsp asafoetida
  8. as neededOil for deep frying

Cooking Instructions

    Cut onion thin and length wise.mix all the ingredients.it should be dry.so don't sprinkle or add water.

    Once the oil is hot add the onion and deep fry till it turns golden brown and crispy.

    Serve hot!
