作り方

Preheat oven to 210F (100C). Melt chocolate with milk. I used 1/2 c. semisweet chocolate and 1/3 c. dark chocolate.

Beat cream cheese and sugar together in a large bowl. When light and fluffy, add eggs one at a time and beat completely.

Add cocoa, vanilla and yogurt and beat well; the mixture will be runny.

Add melted chocolate and mix well.

Turn onto crust and bake for 1.5-2 hours. The edges of cheesecake should be firm but center may still be slightly soft.

Remove from oven, let cool, then let chill for 4 hours or overnight. Decorate with grated chocolate and serve!
