作り方

After boiling udon, use cold water and strain the udon

Chop shitake and green onion

Put sesame oil in the pan and fry garlic and ginger

Add ground beef and shitake, then fry until the beef cooked

Add all of * and mix well, then boil for 3 min
- 6
Put sesame, green onion and chili oil at last, then done!

Don't forget to put chopped seaweed on the udon when eat

chicken stock is on the left, dou-ban-jiang is on the right
コツ・ポイント
*it's important to use COLD water to make the udon completely cold after boiling
*frozen udon taste better than dry udon
