作り方

Keep eggs & avocado On the counter to room temperature.

Chocolate chips in a small bowl,melt over double boiler.

Once melted, turn off heat

In a mixing bowl, add eggs &sugar, whisking until frothy

In a separate bowl, mash peeled& pitted avocado with masher

add cocoa powder to avocado mash and blend well.

To 4, add extract, sea salt, almond flour, and mix.

Combine 6 and 7.
Mix well - 9
Pour batter in greased pan and bake in 350 oven for 30 mins.

when it's done, cool it completely before cutting.

insert toothpick to test doneness; it should come out clean
