作り方

Cut off the stem from the Swiss Chard, then chop the stem.

Roughly cut leaves into 2 inch squares.

Oil in a large pan over medium heat, add stem, cook 1 min.

Add leaves and wine and cover. Let it wilt for 5 minutes.

Remove the lid, stir in garlic, red pepper, salt and pepper.

If the stems turn tender, taste/adjust seasoning if needed.

Drizzle with lemon juice, toss well, then serve.
コツ・ポイント
You can drizzle with balsamic vinegar or lime juice, too! Grated Parmesan or Romano cheese also go well with chard!
