材料

4 portions
  1. English muffin 4
  2. Egg 4
  3. Cucumber 1/2
  4. Tomato 1
  5. Sliced ham 8
  6. Milk 4 tbsp
  7. Honey 4 tsp
  8. Mayonnaise to taste
  9. Butter / Mayonnaise *for scrambled eggs to taste

作り方

  1. 1

    Slice a muffin into two.

  2. 2

    Toast both sides. Use a pan not to mess up with corn grits.

  3. 3

    Slice cucumber, tomato and ham.

  4. 4

    Add milk & honey in beaten eggs and mix well.

  5. 5

    Put butter or mayonnaise in a pan and make scrambled eggs.

  6. 6

    Place scrambled eggs on a muffin slice.

  7. 7

    Place cucumber on scrambled eggs.

  8. 8

    Place tomato on cucumber.

  9. 9

    Put mayonnaise on tomato.

  10. 10

    Place ham.

  11. 11

    Top it with another slice of a muffin.

To keep muffins dry, place cucumber & tomato between scrambled eggs & ham.
