材料

3-4 servings
  1. french beans (trimmed) 1/2 lb
  2. shallots (thinly sliced) 1 medium
  3. garlic (minced) 1 clove
  4. extra virgin olive oil 2 tablespoons
  5. white wine 1/4 cup
  6. kosher salt 1/4 teaspoon
  7. freshly ground black pepper 1/4 teaspoon
  8. red wine vinegar 1 tablespoon

作り方

  1. 1

    Oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

  2. 2

    Add shallots, garlic, and cook until fragrant.

  3. 3

    Add beans and cook while stirring occasionally (2-3 mins).

  4. 4

    Add wine and cook until the french beans are heated through.

  5. 5

    Season with salt, pepper and vinegar.

  6. 6

    Stir until sauce gets thickened and evenly coated. Serve.

コツ・ポイント

Shallots are sweeter than onions, and their flavor is more subtle. That's the reason why I use shallots a LOT!
